We continue to see record number of homes for sale at Penderbrook! 15 units are under contract, but a majority of these are short sales which take much longer to close, so this under contract number will stay high.  The 5 closures this month have been regular sales.

These record low interest rates should draw some buyers into the market for the fall.  Buyers have a lot of options right now and negotiating power.

Things have slowed down here at Penderbrook.  There are some great opportunities but there are definately alot of homes over priced for this market also.  We are seeing alot less buyers right now.  This usually is not the case in the summer, but this year  everyone bought before April 30th.  There are still buyers out there,  but you need your home in top shape and priced correctly.  We would be honored to help you here.
