Things have slowed down here at Penderbrook.  There are some great opportunities but there are definately alot of homes over priced for this market also.  We are seeing alot less buyers right now.  This usually is not the case in the summer, but this year  everyone bought before April 30th.  There are still buyers out there,  but you need your home in top shape and priced correctly.  We would be honored to help you here. 

Most everything under contract is a short sale and has been sitting for a couple months. But short sales are getting pushed through usually in 3-5 months.
