We have been very thankful this past year that we have been able to help so many families here at Penderbrook. Penderbrook is such a great family neighborhood and has been fighting very well through this foreclosure/short sale mess. The short sales at Penderbrook Square, we know are very stressful for the homeowners but its such a relief when its over and they do not have to pay back anything to the bank. Hopefully this short sell mess in our area is in will be over soon.
