INTRODUCTION
Well we had our first short sale go through here in Penderbrook in a couple months! There are still quite a few under contract that are taking a few months. I probably will start keeping track of the days it took to push the short sale through. The one that just closed took 4 months and 8 days.
There are 16 homes under contract and a few more should be closing this week and we will have numbers next week. In the last 2 weeks we had 3 homes close.
Penderbrook is still selling very quickly. and multiple offers on almost every property is occuring.
