Crazy Times In This Market

I just had a client who wrote a contract on a condo site unseen ! He didnt have time to go see it and trusted me enough and my judgement and knowledge of the area.

There were of course multiple offers on the property and we are still waiting to hear back if we were the top bid. There is a good chance it will get bid out of our price range though.

We are still seeing multiple offers and are having more and more problems with homes getting bid up over there appraisal prices. This opens a whole new set of problems.
