Attention FHA Buyers in Penderbrook

We are working with a lot of buyers here in the Penderbrook community and wanted to pass this information on to you guys.  If you are planning to use an FHA loan, this information is crucial.

If you are thinking about buying in the Penderbrook Square Condo, you have to purchase before March 31, 2011.  

If you are thinking about buying in the Heights of Penderbrook Condos, you have to purchase before May 31, 2011.

The FHA approval for these condos expires then.  What is FHA ?   FHA allows homebuyers to get into a property for the least amount of money down.  The requirement is 3.5%  of the sales price. This has been a great program the last 2 years, as many first time home buyers have taken advantage of this.
