OBSERVATIONS

Well the end of the month finally brought us some numbers on sales. We had a couple TH and Condos sell. We continue to have more regular sales here at Penderbrook. There are a few short sales on the market and the bank owned ones go very quickly. But as you can see from the sales over the last couple months. Regular sales have dominated Penderbrook. Only 1 short sale has closed.
