No closings in the last 2 weeks. We should expect of the 12 under contract right now at lest 3-4 will close at the end of this month. We will have those updated numbers for you soon. We are seeing alot of the TH in the Wedgeway streets come and go quickly. These have been priced perfectly for first time home buyers. Alot of the newer brick front TH on the other side of Penderbrook are priced just slightly to high right now and are averaging 2 months+ on the market.
