Relevant Real Estate Information for the Penderbrook Community of Townhomes and Condos in Fairfax, VA
INTRODUCTION
There has not been much change since last week here at Penderbrook. We tend to think there will be a slightly slower selling market than what we have been used to the last couple months. Everyone will just have to adjust to the tax credit no longer being available.
We still have alot of short sales flooding the market here in Penderbrook. A majority of these are in the condo sections of Penderbrook. We are having great success with our sellers here in Penderbrook and other areas. Check out blog post to see approval letters from those. We have a law firm that negotiates our short sales and this cuts the time it takes to do a short sale DRAMATICALLY! This relieves alot of stress for our sellers and buyers and there is a very very very good chance you will not have to pay your debt back.
Oxford condos and any Penderbrook Townhome are still a hot commodity here and there are very few on the market. This is good news for sellers, as you are not competing against to many others.
